How to cool things down naturally
There are, of course, good generic recommendations:
- Reduce smoking, excessive drinking, sugar and processed foods.
- Use yogurt, fish and green leafy vegetables (called "cooling foods").
- Reduce stress by getting sleep and exercise.
There are also related supplements but most only contain a few "cooling" herbs. They often add ingredients as "window dressing" levels and only in small quantities.
We have designed our Infla-Mazing+ to be an herbal blend that provides abundant amounts of the most famous cooling herbs.
