Suggested Usage
People can have many variations of needs from general maintenance to heavy metal poisoning situations.
For general upgrading and maintenance, people often take 3 bottles the first year and 1 bottle a year afterwards.
Take 3 to 6 capsules a day depending on diet. Bedtime is preferred but they can be divided up during the daytime. For best results, also avoid taking them with a large meal.
