Shipping FAQ

Question: How long will it take to receive my item?
Answer: If you live inside of the 48 contiguos states we will process your order within 1-3 business days and then it will be shipped which could take an additional 2-4 days for you to receive after the order is processed. If you live outside of the contiguos 48 states please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery.

Question: I live outside of the USA do you ship to my area?
Answer: Not currently

Question: I just received my item and I decided I do not want it anymore, can I return it?
Answer: Yes, if unopened. Shipping not included.

Question: Is my personal information safe and secure?
Answer: We take extra measures to ensure you that your information is totally safe and secure. Our site is a Mcafee secure website. Mcafee scans our site daily to ensure it is secure and safe to place orders and information. Relax, your safe with us!

Question: What if my item is out of stock when I order?
Answer: We'll contact you by phone or email and give you the option of your money back or a replacement product.

Question: How Do I know when my order will arrive?
Answer: You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation immediately after you place your online order. Please save your order confirmation e-mail. Once your order is shipped you will receive a second e-mail confirmation including tracking information, as it becomes available.

Question: How do I know you received my order?
Answer: You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation immediately after you place your online order. Please check your inbox and spam box carefully.

Question: I just received my order and some items are missing what do I do?
Answer: If an item that was not backordered or out of stock is missing from an order, customers must contact our customer care specialists within 5 days of the receipt of purchase so that our specialists can send the missing item.

Question: I received my order and an item is damaged what do I do?
Answer: If returning a Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Sent, customers must contact our customer care specialists within 5 days of the receipt of purchase so that our specialists can explain the proper handling of the merchandise for returns and exchanges.

Shipping Information

Order Processing, Shipping & Handling Policies

Orders are promptly processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. However some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The items that are shipped direct from manufacturer are noted on the product pages and please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

On rare occasions a 6-14 day delay of shipment is possible depending upon factors such as seasonal demand, holidays etc. We wil call or e-mail you notification if there are any such delays.

If an item is out of stock, discontinued or is unavailable, you will receive a call or e-mail notification to inform you of the details. You will be given the option to receive a full refund, or substitute a different item per your request.

Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together. Some orders may arrive as split shipments from more than one warehouse location. We will notify you by phone or e-mail so that you are aware of any split shipments, if they occur.

Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states are sent via Fedex Ground, USPS, UPS and Freight Line, unless other special shipping arrangements are desired.

Order Confirmation & Delivery Tracking

  • You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation immediately after you place your online order. Please save your order confirmation e-mail!
  • Please include your order tracking number (if available) in all e-mail correspondence. Also, include your full name and shipping destination address.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive a second e-mail confirmation including tracking information, as it becomes available.
  • Normally, your order ships out within 1-5 business days after processing. Tracking information is not updated until the package reaches a regional hub where it is scanned. Please contact us at if you have questions or need help tracking an order.

Please Note: Many email services and (ISPs) Internet Service Providers have put blocking or “Spam” filtering systems in place to protect you from email that you didn't ask for. However, these same systems may inadvertently filter email you would like to receive -- including emails from YourDogSuppliesStore.com. If your email settings are set to block unfamiliar email through a Spam filter you may not receive our correspondence. Please check your Spam folder carefully! It is important that we be able to reach you in case of a problem with the order.
