How It Works
Our bodies are wonderfully designed. If given what they need, they will give us a much better life in return. We have said that, nutritionally, there are two important primary actions we need to take to help our bodies.
1. Putting good things INTO our bodies. This is the first thing we need to do. This means eating good food as much as possible and taking our Ultimate Foundation multi-vitamin, mineral and herb formula.
2. Taking bad things OUT of our bodies. This is the second thing we need to do. Our environment causes our bodies to absorb many toxic heavy metals and chemical toxins. These toxins cause many of the physical problems people experience. This is what our Ultimate Body Detox formula does for you.
Removing Toxins, Artery Plaque and Preventing Cancer
Our additional articles on oral chelation and heavy metal removal give more background on how oral chelation removes toxic heavy metals from your body. This process helps remove lead, mercury, tin, aluminum, arsenic, cadmium, other heavy metals and even some pesticides. In doing so, it also helps remove the harmful effects of those toxins! There is increasing evidence that the removal of these heavy metals also reduces the incidence of cancer.
There are also many reports today saying oral chelation will remove artery plaque. The bulk of the evidence supporting the use of EDTA chelation therapy for coronary artery disease (CAD) is in the form of case reports and case series. There are at least 12 published descriptive studies and 5 randomized controlled clinical trials regarding the use of EDTA chelation for CAD. While these are promising and encouraging, controlled double-blind studies still need to be done. However, getting rid of the toxic heavy metals we get in our modern world will still do wonders for our bodies and minds. Any plaque removal is a bonus!
Suggestions and Procedure
The most effective chelation is by I.V. treatments. However, this is invasive, time consuming and expensive ($4,000 - $7,000 for a full series of treatments). Oral chelation can accomplish the same goals for much less money! Our body only absorbs a part of some of the ingredients so it takes about 30 days to accomplish what an I.V. session would do - but for a tenth the price! As a bonus, the oral chelation ingredients also work in your intestines to prevent the re-absorption of additional heavy metals.
EDTA is the most known active oral chelation ingredient. However, there are additional ingredients in our formula that helps give a broader spectrum of toxic chemical and heavy metal removal. We only found three oral chelation products that came close to providing the ingredients we thought necessary and even they were incomplete. Unfortunately, they also ranged from $90-$270 a month – thus defeating our goal of being affordable! As a result, we contracted with a respected pharmaceutical company with high standards to produce the Body Detox formula according to our requirements and nutrients.
Most authoritative sources recommend a procedure of:
A. Start-Up: 1-month on, then 1-month off for 6 months the first time. If you have been exposed to more than normal amounts of heavy elements, you can extend this an extra month. The break is needed to help restore a few helpful minerals, such as chromium below, to normal levels. A good Multi-vitamin, mineral like our Foundation will do that.
B. Maintenance: After this first-time cleansing procedure, repeat 1-2 times a year.
C. The best time to take it - is just before bedtime. You can take the capsules or open them and add the mix to some yogurt or a drink before bedtime. Don’t spread the capsules out during the course of the day. It may interfere with normal nutritional and supplement intake.
D. Add chromium - to your supplements, if you don’t take Ultimate Foundation, since EDTA removes some chromium – but take it in the morning, not with the oral chelation at night.
