Directions and Protocol for Artery Health

We have seen in other articles that it is normal for damage (tears, rips, etc.) to happen to our arteries.  The body would like to heal these problems with collagen fibers – as it does with other similar damage in the body.  If it does not have the nutrients it needs to do this, it will send a signal to the liver to produce extra sticky LDL and Lp(a) cholesterol rather than bleed to death.

However, we can minimize this damage by:

1.  Neutralizing many causes of this damage (such as free radicals, etc.) by the nutrients in our multi-nutrition Foundation.

2.  We can help our body reduce the amount of sticky cholesterol it tells the liver to produce with Artery Restore.

3.  We can help our body clean out the arterial plaque buildup with Artery Clear

4.  If desired, a person can further reduce the levels of cholesterol in our body with Cholesterol Balance

The key is to focus on nutrients the artery needs,
not on shutting down the liver with statin drugs!

Understand the Ballgame

You would think every medical authority would pursue this approach and research.  So, why are natural remedies for cardiovascular problems often different than traditional treatment?  Well, you have to be wise about the society we live in.

Understanding Our Medical Society

This may sound extreme to some - but I am a realist!  I am old enough to have observed an incredible breakdown of ethics during the last 40 years.  The decay of ethics has resulted in a "make profit regardless of what happens to people" motive in much of industry.  While always existing to some extent, this has become the norm today.

This same erosion of ethics has also carried over into the drug and medical industry!  It is bad enough to avoid or suppress information that might save lives.  What is even worse is that some drug companies are even funding false studies.  Some studies are intentionally designed to mislead people away from nutritional supplements.  Why?  So people will buy their much more expensive (and very profitable) prescription drugs.

Most research studies (even university studies) in the U.S.
are funded, directly or indirectly, by pharmaceutical companies
who want to make a profit selling drugs!

It is Pretty Simple

Ask yourself if a hundred million dollars in bonuses might tempt a CEO to falsify information?  Would they be willing to compromise ethics to produce some false studies to promote their products?  Has anybody ever heard of tobacco “studies” that “proved” smoking wasn’t addictive or harmful?

There are also some doctors intentionally misleading people into expensive medical procedures that could be solved naturally.  Why?  Do you think a hundred thousand dollars of extra income to a doctor might sway their recommendations?  How do you spell New Mercedes?  (I have several family members in the medical field who see this happening quite frequently.)

Now I believe that many doctors and researchers really do want to help people!  They just have been educated in a U.S. educational system that is heavily funded by medical companies wanting profits.  In an emergency, these procedures and drugs can be a blessing.  As a preventative or guide into optimal health, they are ineffective.

Healthy arteries are the natural result of giving the body what it needs to repair artery damage.  Then the majority of people don’t need to worry as much about their cholesterol levels.  (Even higher levels of cholesterol are not real dangerous if the arteries are healthy.)

Step One:  Remove the Causes of Artery Damage

As we have seen, homocysteines, free radicals and other things attack our body, both naturally and from our changing environment.

Diet:   Eating a reasonable diet helps, of course.  Natural fats (including meat fats), in moderation are not as bad as the media represents.  It is the unnatural man-made fats that need to be reduced.  Eating more fruits and vegetables than the typical American diet helps.  This is not new.

Exercise:   Again, this is not new.  Exercise is good on many fronts, but also in causing our body to burn more cholesterol and balancing its production in the body.

Nutrients:   Many people are lacking here.  In other articles, we've seen how important the B vitamins (especially B6, B12 and folic acid), C and E are in reducing homocysteines and free radicals.  There are other nutrients that are even better in reducing free radicals.  These are in our Ultimate Foundation multi-nutrient with over 60 nutrients in good proportions.  Fish oil is also a good addition.

Step Two:  Remove Artery Plaque and Rebuild the Arteries

Some buildup of plaque is normal in all people from childhood on.  If the arteries stay flexible and the arterial plaque doesn’t increase too much, it is not a serious problem.  It is when years have gone by without proper attention to it that excessive plaque buildup can become dangerous.  Now we are able to look at the steps we can use to remove plaque and restore arteries.

1. Protocol for mild plaque buildup or maintenance.

Take the Artery Restore for 1 month.  This will trigger the body to reduce the amount of sticky cholesterol it tells the liver to produce.  Then a person can take the Artery Clear for 1 month to reduce the plaque buildup.  You may take a lower amount of the full servings if desired, just switch to the other product when the time comes up.  Taking half the Artery Clear when you wake up, and half when going to bed will help reduce any garlic burps.

After 1 month of each, you only need to take the Artery Restore for 2 wks to maintain the body's low cholesterol signal.  (The body doesn't switch signals immediately, it takes some time.)  Then, you can take Artery Clear again for 1 month and rotate: 2 wks Restore, 1 month Clear.

2. Protocol directions for intense artery buildup.

Unfortunately, the majority of people who find our Artery products have a severe artery plaque buildup problem.  It requires immediate attention!  In these cases, we recommend taking Artery Clear in the beginning for 3 months to get a head start reducing plaque buildup.  It helps to take half when getting up, half when going to bed, not eating for an hour before, or 30-40 minutes after.

After the 3 months of Artery Clear, a person should switch to Protocol 1.  (Artery Clear also removes calcium from calcified artery plaque, so it is good not to go longer than 3 months at a time.)  Maintain Protocol 1 for 6 months.  Remember, plaque buildup has taken decades to accumulate, 9 months to remove it without surgery is pretty good!  :-)

Some people continue taking Artery Restore at a low maintenance level to help the body continue to heal arteries with collagen.  This reduces the body’s signals it sends to the liver to produce excess cholesterol.

Step Three:  Lowering Cholesterol - (Only For Those Who Need It)

Most of the time, doctors and the media have lowering cholesterol backwards!  Many conventionally trained physicians use statin drugs to reduce cholesterol.  This can work to a limited extent in partially suppressing production in the liver.  We believe this approach to be backwards because, without the body’s signals to the liver changing, you are fighting what is a natural process of the body.  Also, the cholesterol and Lp(a) levels usually do not come down to healthy levels.  (The Lp(a) level seldom goes below 30mg/dl.)  This is a bandaid approach (and these drugs do come with some very unpleasant side effects).

Following the steps above, we will have naturally lowered cholesterol levels.  The body has lowered its cholesterol demands on the liver.  Major improvements in cholesterol and Lp(a) levels are a normal result for the majority of people.  The higher the starting levels of cholesterol, the more significant are the reductions.

However, there are some people with genetically inclined livers that produce too much cholesterol.  Others, perhaps with the normal caution of doctors, may still want or need to lower their cholesterol production more.  (Even higher levels of cholesterol are less dangerous now that the arteries are healthy and cholesterol has less to stick to.)

Now that the arteries are in the process of being healed correctly, we can focus on supplements that can naturally help reduce LDL levels and increase HDL levels and they will be much more effective.  This is where the Ultimate Cholesterol Balance comes in!  This supplement, another leader in its field, provides the nutrients that naturally reduce cholesterol even further.
