3 - Servings Flexibility

How much to take?

It seems that most people we talk to just assume that they have to take the full recommended multivitamin, mineral servings every day.  I suppose that this is just a natural carryover from the pharmaceutical drugs.  With drugs, you are expected to follow the directions exactly.  Multivitamins are different!  Keep in mind:

Multivitamins are a Supplement
Not a Prescription!

ConsiderWhy multivitamins do NOT have to be followed exactly!

1. What do you weigh?  It amazes us that all supplements don’t adjust their recommended servings for weight!  Does a 100-pound person need the same amounts as a 250-pound person?  Obviously not!  We (and you) can adjust for weight differences.

2. How well are you eating lately?  Have you had pretty good balanced meals lately.  Or has the lack of time, some fast food and, maybe, a little celebration interrupted your good eating schedule?  In good eating schedules, you may take fewer capsules, in weaker eating times, you may want to stay closer to the suggested amounts.

3. How much stress are you under?  The Ultimate Foundation already includes most of what other “stress” formulas have.  However, if you feel under a lot of stress or pressure lately, you may need closer to the “suggested” amounts.

Our “suggested” servings are just that – suggested!

There is flexibility!  You can take more or less as you feel the need.  Most people spread them out over the day (also our recommendation).  They take a few with breakfast, take a few along to have with lunch, and have a few with dinner.  Surprisingly, many people say that a 1-month bottle often last up to 2 months (up to 3 months with light people)!

It is an encouraging assuranceto know that whatever amount you take,

You receive a proportional amount
of ALL nutrients within each capsule!

You don’t have to have 25 bottles in the cupboard. You don't have to take a bunch of bottles or different pills with you to work or the day’s activities.  Part of everything is in one capsule!  That makes it very convenient to just take them as you wish.

(Actually, there is an additional nutrient we recommend taking separately, 1-2 grams of fish oil.  It doesn’t mix properly with a multivitamin so it must be taken separately.)

Why we use these ingredients and what they do is discussed in the next 3 articles.  If you would like to see them, you can go to the Articles
