Question: How long will it take to receive
my item?
Answer: If you live inside of the 48 contiguos
states we will process your order within 1-3 business days and then it will
be shipped which could take an additional 2-4 days for you to receive after
the order is processed. If you live outside of the contiguos 48 states please
allow 1-5 weeks for delivery.

it?
Answer: Yes, if unopened. Shipping not included.

our site daily to ensure it is secure and safe to place orders and information.

I just received my order and some items are missing what do I do?
Answer: If an item that was not backordered or out of stock
is missing from an order, customers must contact our customer care specialists
within 5 days of the receipt of purchase so that our specialists can send the
missing item.

I received my order and an item is damaged what do I do?
Answer: If returning a Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Sent,
customers must contact our customer care specialists within 5 days of the receipt
of purchase so that our specialists can explain the proper handling of the merchandise
for returns and exchanges.

Processing, Shipping & Handling Policies
Orders
are promptly processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. However some of
our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The items that are shipped
direct from manufacturer are noted on the product pages and please allow up
to 3 weeks for delivery.
On
rare occasions a 6-14 day delay of shipment is possible depending upon factors
such as seasonal demand, holidays etc. We wil call or e-mail you notification
if there are any such delays.
If
an item is out of stock, discontinued or is unavailable, you will receive a
call or e-mail notification to inform you of the details. You will be given
the option to receive a full refund, or substitute a different item per your
request.
Please
note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together. Some orders
may arrive as split shipments from more than one warehouse location. We will
notify you by phone or e-mail so that you are aware of any split shipments,
if they occur.
Orders
shipped to the 48 contiguous states are sent via Fedex Ground, USPS, UPS and
Freight Line, unless other special shipping arrangements are desired.
Order Confirmation & Delivery Tracking

include your order tracking number (if available) in all e-mail correspondence.
Also, include your full name and shipping destination address.

your order ships out within 1-5 business days after processing. Tracking
information is not updated until the package reaches a regional hub where

you didn't ask for. However, these same systems may inadvertently filter email
